CUSTOMER ACCESS PRIVACY

Your information
and access.

Updated October 10, 2026

Information we use

NextCore365 uses your account name, email address and a provider-specific account identifier from Google or Microsoft to identify your sign-in. We also keep the company name and message you choose to submit, your request status, and the approval decision.

Why we use it

We use this information to review customer access requests, maintain approved access and protect the site. Signing in does not grant access automatically. We request only basic sign-in information, not permission to read your email or files.

Storage and approval emails

The website and access records are hosted by Cloudflare. Approval request emails include your name, email, company and message and are sent through Resend to youngb.ryu@gmail.com and nextcore365@gmail.com. Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare and Resend also process information according to their own service policies.

Cookies and request protection

The site uses cookies for sign-in and to protect form submissions. Sign-in sessions last up to eight hours. A short-lived hashed request identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Cloudflare processes network request information to deliver and protect the service.

Managing your information

Access records remain stored until the site owner removes them. To ask about your information, request a correction, deletion or withdrawal of access, contact Young at yryu@youngryu.com. Removing your access record means you must request approval again to view protected materials.
